All Circumference's Consulting services are backed by our promise to work to the fullest extent of the statement of work and to never sell you on unneeded software or licensing. We will also never engage without a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, ensuring your information and data stays both legally and systematically protected. All our consulting also follows a standard process.

• Discovery - Inital call to both get familure with your orginization and to scope the work that may be needed. Before this call begins, a Non-Discloser Agreement will be sent for signature 72 Hours before the call.
• Purposal - Following a discovery call, Circumference Tech, LLC. will construct a proposed project plan & Statement of work complete with projected completion date, key deliverables and success criteria,
• Execution - Weekly or Bi-Weekly Syncs on the status of your project with full breakdowns of what has been completed in support of your project, and what may be blocked or need support.
• Documentation - Every Circumference Project has a dedicated documentation milestone to ensure that all documentation generated throughout the project is up-to-date and accurate for hand off to your orginization.
• Hand-Off - At the end of the Project, Circumference ensures removal of service accounts or temporary access granted and conducts dedicated training sessions to ensure your orginization knows how to operate and maintain the systems created.

Circumference Consulting Engagements require a minimum of 35%  non-refundable Down payment of the project's total cost before work is executed. 

All Circumference Consulting services are executed to the letter of the Statement of Work and Proposal agreed upon. We will not try to sell an extension, unneeded licenses/software or products. Any additions or changes to the scope of the project must be agreed upon by all Key Stakeholders within the written agreement of the Statement of Work as well as a new Statement of work be signed and approved.
